- Gives essential insight into what's going on with your oil conditions
- Custom-made with quality materials to fit your Nissan
- Replace when damaged or failing
Your Nissan comes with various tools to help you monitor your engine oil conditions. One of these parts is the Gauge Oil Level.
The oil level gauge assembly is made up of a series of three major components — the sensor, which connects back to one of the main oilways within the engine block, the gauge or dial on your dashboard that shows the pressure reading reading from the sensor, and a wire connecting the two parts.
Your Gauge Oil Level might encounter damage from a collision, prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures, or electrical failure. While oil gauges do not require regular changes, they need to be replaced after being damaged. After all, a failing Gauge Oil Level might give you "false" readings, leading you to think you have a problem when you don't or failing to alert you when immediate services are needed!
If you notice that your Nissan Gauge Oil Level is unresponsive, reading low after an oil top-off, reading high despite a leak, or flip-flopping erratically, it's a good idea to get your oil levels and oil gauge checked. If all signs point to a failing Gauge Oil Level, ensure you get a replacement custom-made for your Nissan.
This Gauge Oil Level, part 310863TA1A, fits Nissan Juke 2014-2017. See the What This Fits tab for info about fitment.
